How Do I Book a Party at Jump, Rattle & Roll? 

Book directly on our party page, email us at jamie@jumprattleroll.com or give us a call at 425-381-5490. A Jump, Rattle & Roll associate will contact you within 24 hours to discuss availability, party packages and options.

How Soon Should I Book My Party?

The Sooner the Better. Private parties and playgroups are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you book the better your selection of times and dates will be. It’s not uncommon for parties to be booked 6-8 weeks in advance. 

How Many Guests Can I Invite?

You may invite up to 50 guests for our Bounce Arena parties. 

Our Private Party Room can only accommodate thirty people (including kids and adults). If you have a larger group, let us know when scheduling. We will be happy to discuss options.

Can I Bring My Own Food?

If booking the Party Room along with your Bounce Arena Party, you are welcome to bring snacks, chips, crackers and (non-alcoholic) beverages.  Our pizza warmer is available for up to 5 large pizzas, and cake, cupcakes or ice cream are welcome too. 

If you prefer to just bounce and not use the party room, leave the outside food at home please!  Light snacks are available for purchase.  There is a $30 cleaning fee added if cake/cupcakes are brought in without a party room reservation. 

Can I Bring My Own Drinks?

Drinks are allowed to be brought upstairs into our party room, or Jump, Rattle & Roll is happy to provide cold water, sodas and capri suns as available for an extra charge.  Sorry, alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Can I Bring My Own Decorations?

Yes. Banners are allowed when hung by a member of our staff. However, confetti or silly-string type devices are not allowed. If these items are used, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.  Piñatas may be used, but must be finished an hour before your party ends to ensure proper time to adequately clean up for the next party.     

Can I Bring Goodie Bags for Guests?

Yes.

Will I Have Private Use of a Play Arena?

Yes. You will have a bounce arena and/or party room (if applicable) reserved for the use of your group only if booking a private Bounce Arena party.  If booking a Budget Party, our facility will remain open to the public throughout your party.

Do You Have People Supervising the Play Arenas?

Jump, Rattle & Roll always has qualified attendants supervising the play area for the safety of our guests. However, the overall safety of a child is the responsibility of the parent, guardian or caregiver.

What If More Children Than I Expected Arrive?

No problem.  If booking the party room, which has a capacity of 35, we may need to ask some guests to leave or wait outside once the reserved bounce arena time is over, but generally an extra sibling or two is never a problem.

At What Time Do I (the Party Host) Need to Arrive?

The host should plan to arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. 

What Is Considered Proper Attire?

All participants in the play arenas must wear socks. Jump, Rattle & Roll sells socks in case someone forgets. Participants should plan on wearing comfortable clothing free of belts, extra zippers, and sharp objects. Jewelry and hair accessories should be kept at a minimum.

Will Each of the Party Guests Need to Individually Sign a Waiver?
