How Soon Should I Book My Party?

The Sooner the Better.

Private parties and playgroups are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you book the better your selection of times and dates will be.  It’s not uncommon for parties to be booked 6-8 weeks in advance.

How Many Guests Can I Invite?

Our Private Party Rooms can accommodate up to thirty kids plus adults. If you have a larger group, let us know when scheduling. We will be happy to discuss other options.

Can I Bring My Own Food?

You are welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream cups, vegetable trays, fruit platters, pre-packaged chips, crackers and beverages to be served in your private party room. No other outside food is allowed in.

We are a peanut-free zone. We ask that cakes or ice creams containing peanuts or peanut by-products not be brought in.

Can I Bring My Own Drinks?

Can I Bring My Own Decorations?

Yes. Banners are allowed when hung by a member of our staff. However, confetti, piñatas, or silly-string type devices are not allowed.  If these items are used, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.  See party options for more details.

Can I Bring  Goodie Bags for Guests?

Will I Have Private Use of a Play Arena?

Yes.  You will have a play arena and party room reserved for the use of your group only.

Do You Have People Supervising the Play Arenas?

Jump, Rattle & Roll always has qualified attendants supervising the play area for the safety of our guests. However, the overall safety of a child is the responsibility of the parent, guardian or caregiver.

What If More Children Than I Expected Arrive?

No Problem.

An additional fee of $10 applies for each extra child.  Adults (18 years or older) and babies under 1 year old are free.  All other children will be considered part of the party or event and included in the head count for the party.

At What Time Do I (the Party Host) Need to Arrive?

The host should plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. Click here for a map and a JRR Waiver.

What Is Considered Proper Attire?

All participants in the play arenas must wear socks.

Jump, Rattle & Roll sells socks in case someone forgets. Participants should plan on wearing comfortable clothing free of belts, extra zippers, and sharp objects. Jewelry and hair accessories should be kept at a minimum.
